    Amazing Spacious surroundings

Pure Gym in Park royal... what can I say.. its a pretty serious gym, in the sense that if you go there, you better want to work out! Its not the type of place where people spend 50% of the time talking, and 50% of the time training, which is perfect for me :) its the type of gym that you go to, put on your headphones and GO FOR IT! Not very social in other words... Its really big and has nice HIGH ceilings (kind of like a warehouse space). The ground floor is mainly free weights, benches and cable machines and other types of resistance machines, with plenty of floor space and mirrors to check yourself out whilst getting your pump on ;) conveniently, just next to the free weights area, there is a small cardio room with some 'stair masters' which i love! and bikes, treadmills, etc. The space is great and convenient for circuit training/warm up/cool down. As you move upstairs there is a great fitness rig, with bars, squat rack, battle ropes, kettle bells, platforms, wall ball throw targets and so on. Around the rig there is also lots of space, so again, great for circuit training, crossfit type workouts, etc. Upstairs you will also find resistance equipment, stretching area, core area, and more cardio equipment! there are loads of machines and basically everything you might want!! even soft plyo boxes for box jumps (yey!). Every time i go, its pretty empty so you never have to queue for anything! its a self service (code entry) gym so not much staff around. Usually just the occasional personal trainer conducting sessions with clients. One of the trainers there (Zac) teaches some really great classes and hes very friendly too. This gym is definitely worth a visit!! its also really reasonably priced! check it out guys :) Yola
